Since1986, with the opening of the Adriano’s Beauty Salon in San Francisco, CA Odilon has focused in breaking away from the typical "Hair Salon" mold by providing you with courteous and friendly attention. He always selected the highest quality products in the industry so you can experience healthy and great looking hair, nails and skin.

From 1990 to 1999 he decided to see what other options professionals in the same area had to offer in Europe and South America. As a key note speaker for Plumari he promoted and trained hundred of professional in the Art of Coloring as well as Color Correction Techniques. His salon in Buenos Aires was located in the heart of the exclusive Barrio Norte where he formed a team of styling experts to compliment his vision. The staff at Adriano’s Beauty Salon in Buenos Aires was as diverse in their specialties as the clientele they served.

In 2002 Odillon pulling it all together created Ele Ela International Hair Salon in San Francisco, CA. In addition to working with his team of stylists he also appears as a guest or keynote speaker in workshops promoted by Miss Clairol, Evolution, Biocolor, Nexxus, Bio-Ionic Straightening System and others.
